I’ve spent 15 years trying to find out how I should eat to heal my endocrine imbalances. 3 years ago it became more essential after a major heart attack and diabetes added imperative to my search. I already had thyroid and adrenal issues and Lupus. I didn’t want to find out what else might go wrong! I wanted to shift into healing mode for all of my systems, for ME as a whole.
The first thing I discovered as I began this healing journey was that NO recipes worked for the parameters I wanted to follow. Since I really enjoy eating that was unacceptable. So, I began writing and testing my own recipes. Fortunately I enjoy cooking, experimenting and am a fearless cook. 3 years later I have a huge recipe file on my computer and it appears I’m writing a cookbook. In no way is taste sacrificed in my kitchen. Hopefully this will grow into a book that will help others in their healing journeys.
I’m finally putting together what I’ve learned in my 15 year study of metabolic and endocrine systems.

Sounds simple? Sure, we’re only up against a lifetime of family patterns, countless differing medical and popular views, fast food, processed food, advertising. But, it can be done.
So far I have ended my painful Lupus flare-ups and the food cravings that plagued me for many years. I’ve lowered the level of inflammation in my body and my lipid levels. My energy is returning.
I would like to offer group and one on-one-support to anyone who wants to make shifts in their diet, health and life. My answer won’t be your answer, but I’m confident that I can help you find your answers.
